\u00c0s vezes, sentimos a necessidade de acreditar que precisamos ir a lugares sagrados, viajar por milhas, para encontrar a verdadeira realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mas a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo a ser encontrado ou alcan\u00e7ado; ela simplesmente existe, aqui e agora. Mesmo que n\u00e3o a percebamos, nossa exist\u00eancia \u00e9 como um rio de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o fluindo, vindo e indo em estados cont\u00ednuos e impermanentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seguindo a natureza da imperman\u00eancia, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser infinita num instante \u2014 assim como a ilus\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m pode ser infinita num instante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por isso, n\u00e3o pense que, ao \u201calcan\u00e7ar\u201d a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea permanecer\u00e1 constantemente nesse estado e que a ilus\u00e3o n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 surgir como ervas daninhas em um jardim. Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o e ilus\u00e3o s\u00e3o como luz e sombra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Portanto, n\u00e3o pense que a ilus\u00e3o \u00e9 o oposto da realiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim como a sombra \u00e9 a aus\u00eancia de luz, a ilus\u00e3o \u00e9 a aus\u00eancia de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
E assim como a luz n\u00e3o pode ser capturada, se voc\u00ea tentar \u201cagarrar\u201d a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o, afundar\u00e1 ainda mais no mar das ilus\u00f5es. Realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 viver o Dharma de Buda \u2014 e viver o Dharma de Buda significa perceber os agregados sem se deixar contaminar por eles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Quando nos sentamos em zazen, n\u00f3s e todo o universo somos realizados. Quando permitimos que nossa mente seja contaminada por obst\u00e1culos, ca\u00edmos em um estado de n\u00e3o-realiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N\u00e3o ser contaminado pelos obst\u00e1culos significa viver a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 perceber que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a entre n\u00f3s e toda a exist\u00eancia. N\u00f3s somos a exist\u00eancia, e a exist\u00eancia somos n\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

**A Glimpse of Realization** by Junsh\u014d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes, we feel compelled to believe that we need to go to sacred places, traveling miles away to find actual realization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Realization is not something to find or reach; it simply exists right here and now. Even if we cannot perceive it, our existence is like a river of realization flowing, coming, and going in continuous, impermanent states. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Following the nature of impermanence, realization can be infinite in an instant, just as delusion can be infinite in an instant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because of this, don’t think that when you \u201creach\u201d realization, you will be constantly in this state, and that delusion cannot arise like weeds in a garden. Realization and delusion are like light and shadows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Therefore, don\u2019t think that delusion is the opposite of realization. Like shadow is the absence of light, delusion is the absence of realization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Like light cannot be caught, if you try to \u201ccatch\u201d realization, you will drown deeper in the sea of delusions. Realization is to live the Buddha Dharma, and living the Buddha Dharma means perceiving the aggregates but not being contaminated by them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once we sit in zazen, we and the whole universe are realized. Once we let our minds become contaminated by hindrances, we end up in a state of non-realization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not being contaminated by hindrances means that we are living the realization, perceiving that there is no difference between us and all of existence. We are the existence, and the existence is us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
